MORE ABOUT CARLA STOKES

Carla Stokes is a freelance tenor saxophonist, born and bred in Cape Town, South Africa. A graduate of UCT, Carla has performed with various combo-bands in and around Cape Town, including the UCT Big Band, The Pebble Shakers, Los Tacos and performed with The Lady Day Big Band at the 2019 Cape Town International Jazz Festival among others. Carla released her debut single entitled, "Sunday Afternoon" which is available on online platforms. Performances vary between jazz-duo, trio and more.
